Non-metallic cast gratings
Non-metallic cast gratings are characterized by high corrosion resistance, light weight, non-conductivity and colour stability. Resin mixtures are specially designed with an index of fire spread over a surface that slows fire in the outdoor environment.

The material of the grating consists of resin, glass and paint.
There are 7 standard resin blends available:
Orthophthalic resin without a halogen content
Colour : steel grey
Orthophthalic resin flame retarding, self-extinguishing
Colour : blue gray
Isophthalic polyester resin,
Colour : green

Gratings on platforms, passages and corridors are designed in such a way that a ball with a diameter of 15 mm does not fall through them, so the so-called Micromesh has the internal dimensions of the grid mesh approximately 13 mm.
