Hexagonal mesh

Expanded metal with hexagonal mesh is interesting for its design and is often used for the production of fencing parts, but also attractive architectural components. As for smaller sheet thickness, production is adapted directly to customer needs. Metal sheets with smaller mesh are used by beekeepers in their work. The type with larger sheet thickness is also used to produce walking areas.
Due to the shape, size of the mesh and firm thickness of the material, it prevents women's high heels from getting stuck in it.

The expanded metal is produced according to the standard DIN 791.
